Lot 409: 1935 Fiat 518 Ardita Sport

This imposing and very rare pillarless saloon was built on a chassis 'tipo sport'.It was the recipient of a ground up restoration to concours standard by the famed restorer D'Addario approximately 10 years ago. The overall quality in which the car presents itself 10 years later bears witness to the quality of this work:It has not been used since this restoration. The car still retains its very early registration number and Italian paperwork. This is a very rare Fiat indeed, few having survived the war years. It is quite possibly the first to have been offered for sale in recent years and represents a unique opportunity to acquire this sought after model.Questa imponente e rara vettura, costruita sul telaio "tipo sport", stata sottoposta ad un integrale restauro dal noto specialista D'Addario circa 10 anni fa.
