Our Probate Services Department provides a range of probate services to some of the North West's leading legal practices. These services range from simple probate valuations right through to our all-inclusive service that manages the complete probate service from initial valuation, through house clearance, auction sale - and disposal where relevant.

In addition to probate valuations, Byrne's regularly conduct valuations for pre-sale, insurance, capital gains, family division and private treaty purposes. The valuations can be carried out at our offices or in the client's home or office.

Our regular Fine Art / Antique and Collectors sales are augmented by a fortnightly general sale with evening viewing.
