Atlantis
Overview

Atlantis Motor Co. Ltd., Attleborough, Norfolk.
This very well conceived 1930s style touring car was created by Michael Booth, initially in complete form at prices from £39,000, but soon after as an up-market kit as well. The Figoni & Falaschi-inspired bodywork was initially sold as a fixed-heat with four seats, but from 1985, a full drophead coupe was available. Mechanicals derived form the Jaguar XJ, but at least one Atlantis was fitted with a V8 engine. Although the Atlantis was theoretically available throughout the 1980s, the last of approximately 15 cars built emerged in 1986.
