 Delivery 
When you have ordered onlline, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your order by email from WorldPay who are the credit card agency we use to process payments via their secure server.  Shortly afterwards we will send you an email from customer services confirming that the order is being processed and advising of delivery time (normally no more than 3 working days for despatch).  Books and other publications and media are despatched by normal mail (airmail if outside the UK) and models are sent by courier using a service which requires a signature to confirm receipt.

Refund, replacement and cancellation

You can cancel your order at no cost by replying to the customer services email advising of delivery provided you do so within 24 hours of receiving the email.  We will refund your payment to your credit card without making a charge.

After 24 hours from receipt of the customer services email, the order will already have been processed and it will be too late to cancel it.  However, you can request a return for a refund provided you do so within 7 days of receipt of the customer services email even if you have not received the goods by then (which is normal if shipping to a destination outside the UK).  You must receive our authorisation for a return and then return the goods, carriage paid by you, to the address we will give you.  Provided they are received in good condition, we will refund the value of the goods (i.e. what you paid less the carriage charges) to your credit card within 14 days of receipt of the return.

If the goods are found to be faulty when you receive them we will replace them at no cost to you provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.  We may ask you to return the faulty goods at our option in which case we will refund the cost of carriage.
