Lotus 101

originally owned by Team Lotus raceing team and registered to the team manager Mr Andrew Ferguson, driven by, Mario Andrettii, Nigel Mansell and Elio DeAngelo, it is also rumoured that Mr Schumaker also drove the car but this has not been confirmed as yet, the car underwent a 12.5k restoration in the mid 90s by a chap called Julian Yell who is in regular contact with me as he maintains a practical interest in the car and is a mind of usefull information to me during any servicing I carry out, Julian sold the car in 97 through a classic car auction house in the South of England and gained a fair price, unfortunatly the the people who were running the auction made off witrh the cash and Julian plus many others lost their vehicles as well as the cash, The Lotus went to Castle Coombe show mid 97 and won best in show.
