Alvis entered into serious production of its Graber styled coupe in 1958 and re-named it the TD21. The TD21 now had a body built by Park Ward which was available in either fixed or drophead coupe form. The TD21 used the same 2993cc power unit as the older saloon models which gave a reasonable power output, this was improved in 1959 with a 120bhp unit.

In 1962 a Mk II version became available and featured all-round disc brakes and some styling changes. Production of the TD21 continued until 1963.
